Harvest Festival packagefrom 28th August to 26th October 2009 | Experience the Valley of Grossarl during the 'Bauernherbst' - Farmers-Harvest-Festival, one of the most beautiful seasons in our valley. With more than 2.000 events the province of Salzburg celebrates from end August to end October in Hüttschlag and 80 other villages the 'farmers-harvest'. Agriculture, regional viands from cuisine and folklore culture unite to a wunderful whole, which is loved and celebrated by tourists as well as the local popullation. The highlights of the festival is in our valley the opening-celebration in Hüttschlag (last weekend of August), the St.-Ruperts-celebration in Grossarl and the 'Erntedankfest' in Hüttschlag (similar, but not the same as Thanksgiving). - overnight stay incl. half board
- a guided hike with "Brettljause" (typical local supper) and Obstler schnaps
- guided hike to the National Park & entrance to National-Park Museum
